Standard Limited Warranty

For Forensic Workstations and Laptops

3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Forensic Drone, Inc., (“Company”) warrants that its forensic workstations, laptops, and related computer systems ("Products") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, Forensic Drone, Inc., at its sole discretion:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
Repair defective hardware components at no charge to the customer.
Replace defective or malfunctioning hardware components when repair is not possible.
Provide replacement components that are the same make and model whenever available.
If the original component is no longer available, provide a replacement component of equal or greater functionality and comparable performance.

All replacement parts provided under this warranty may be new, refurbished, or remanufactured parts that meet the Company's quality standards.

Technical Support

Forensic Drone, Inc. will provide reasonable technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware-related issues covered under this warranty. Customers may be required to cooperate with diagnostic procedures before warranty service is approved.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover and shall be considered void if any of the following conditions exist:

Physical Damage or Misuse
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper storage, liquid spills, fire, flood, natural disasters, power surges, or other external causes.
- Physical damage to the system, chassis, display, ports, connectors, or internal components caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Unauthorized Modifications
- Any hardware component originally installed by the Company has been removed, replaced, modified, upgraded, or altered without prior written authorization from the Company.
- Any unauthorized modifications to the system configuration, internal components, wiring, cooling systems, or other hardware assemblies.
Improper Use
- Use of the Product outside of its intended operating environment or specifications.
- Failure to follow recommended operating, maintenance, or installation procedures.
Consumable and Cosmetic Items
- Normal wear and tears, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, discoloration, or other non-functional cosmetic issues that do not affect system operation.

Warranty Service Procedure

To obtain warranty service, the customer must:

Contact us at support@forensicdrone.com and provide a description of the issue.
Provide proof of purchase and system serial number. The serial number is located on the system and on the original invoice.
Follow all troubleshooting procedures provided by the Company's technical support team.
RMA number will be given once the return request has been approved.
Return the Product or affected component for inspection if requested by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue is covered under this warranty.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping the Product to Forensic Drone, Inc., for warranty evaluation and service. The Company will cover standard return shipping within the continental United States for approved warranty repairs or replacements.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective hardware components.

Forensic Drone, Inc. shall not be liable for:

Loss of data.
Loss of business, revenue, or profits.
Downtime or interruption of operations.
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of all data stored on the Product.

Software Exclusion

This warranty covers hardware defects only and does not extend to software issues, operating system errors, software compatibility problems, malware infections, data corruption, customer-installed applications, or data recovery services. While the Company may provide troubleshooting assistance at its discretion, such services are not covered under this warranty.

Entire Warranty

This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire warranty provided by Forensic Drone, Inc., for the Product. No employee, reseller, distributor, or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty unless such modification is provided in writing by an authorized officer of the Company.
